Spencer Harris

Parliamentarian

Spencer Harris received his B.A. and M. ED. from Southeastern Louisiana

University in Hammond La. Over the past 27 years he has served the students of

Livingston parish as a teacher, coach, athletic director, assistant principal,

principal, and supervisor. He currently serves as the Child Welfare and

Attendance supervisor for Livingston Parish. He has been married for 27 years

and has a son.
